  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • After 15 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • In original packaging with all tags, accessories, or manuals included.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments).
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us within the 15-day window.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, KlicknGrab will cover return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and order details to speed up the replacement or refund process.
